I did my first dose of Prazi last Monday. I have been on the road a lot and don't have water mixed for a water change. Everything I have read says to dose wait 5-7 days then dose again. Am I going to lose effectiveness waiting another day for the water change before I dose so 8 days. What I have seen says prazi is done after 3 days and the wc is to keep from having an ammonia spike from parasite die off. I haven't had any ammonia issues but the fish were transferred to a fully cycled qt for treatment, so the load was probably small. What do you guys think is the best course of action.

Dose when you are ready, then wait another 5 days and dose again. The repeat does is to catch the newly hatched eggs before they have eggs again, so better follow the timing recommendations. Pratzi + high organic load is dangerous because you can cause a oxygen depletion event. WC reduces the organic load. Organic load can be from fish poop/dead worms/etc.

Prazi is being dosed twice because it doesn't kill Fluke eggs. Dose once, wait a week for the eggs to hatch.. dose again. You won't miss anything by dosing a day late IMO. Prazi starts to lose its effect after a few days anyways..
I dose Prazi during tank transfer method. 3 days of Prazi, 3 days of no prazi, 3 days of prazi.. this gives about a week in between for eggs to hatch.

Yes.
My experience has always been yes with no problems. but this is in a fairly sterile QT tank, idk if that makes diff.
