How often do you do a QT water change?

Depends on how established the filtration is on that tank. Sometime it has to be done daily, others it can be done weekly. The important thing is to make sure that the ammonia reading always stay at 0.

ammonia, nitrites, and nitrates are all zero after 2 days with fish. My sponge was in a sump for 2 weeks prior to setting up QT
