Water Changes and Top Offs

1) Just so I understand. When topping off, I use Fresh water, right?

2) When doing a 10-20% water change, If I siphon 10gal of Salt Water out, I need to add 10gal of mixed salt water at the same SG level?

Is that accurate?

You got it both exactly right! Be sure to use a calibrated refractometer, and not a hydrometer like I did at first
