Water changes

I run my RO unit from my washing machine cold water side and drain the wastewater into the drain line. No set up, just turn it on when you need water. It has the same fittings as a standard garden hose, I just put a standard Y connection on the cold side. I do have to dial mine back a little to get it in the optimal range on my pressure gauge. I guess I could run it higher, but I stick it in the middle of the green range on my gauge, I think it is 60psi, I would have to double check.

Oh ok then that makes sense, it's not a regulated authority providing the water. I feel for you... It's frustrating, to say the least, when there is no standard.

Took my new unit outside, the gauge went as high as it could, it only goes to 100 though so idk what it actually is. But it's atleast 100 from my hose.
