How much water are you guys and gals adding to the tank each day?

Depends on a lot of factors. You can probably expect on a 75g between 1/2 to 1 gallon per day with 2 gallons being on the very extreme end.

On my 55gal with the 33gal sump ihave to put about 5gal in every two days.I have a window ac unit and i run it 24/7.And its open top tank.

I have a 54g corven, open top tank with a 250 MHL, i also run a fan over the top of my tank. I go through a gallon of water every two days.....

I'm not sure if you're asking this out of curiousity or to know how much water you should be adding back to the aquarium each day. If it's the latter, just make a mark on the aquarium with a permanent marker at the waterline. Then fill it back up to that line every day or two, and you should be fine. My 55g probably evaporates around 1/2 gallon every day when the top is off, and less than 1/4 gallon per day when I used to have a glass top covering about 80%.

my 55 with a 30gal sump will lose roughly 2 gals a day.

55 gal and 20 gal sump loses about 1 gallon a day and i usually add it back daily with kalk.
