Water flow?

I have a quick question. I have a 14G Biocube and I am planing on getting some softies on the 1st of september. Will the oullet be enough flow for them or should I invest in a powerhead? If so which one? I was thinking about the Biocube power head.

I would get a powerhead. Maybe a Koralia #1 or a Maxi Jet. Softies can take a decent amount of flow

I have alot of flow in my softy tank, so I would find a prop driven powerhead that will give some flow, but not be huge in the tank (if that's possible)
