Water Foaming

I have a quick question I am sure many of you can answer.

I got a new RO/Di unit and have run it for around 2 hours before using the water.

Once I have mixed my water and do a water change my protein skimmer immediately starts to foam up and does not stop. The PS works fine when the water is older.

I have done a 20% water change and this is the second time.

Can anybody tell what us wrong or what I am not doing right.

Let the mixed water mix for 24 hours with a PH. Try this next time and let me know if it doesn't solve your problem immediately. It should.
