was wondering if i need a new controller.
the controller is beeping; water low light on then shuts down for a split second and beeps with all the lights on.

the water level if fine and i unplugged for awhile and plugged it back however doing the same thing.

if i need a new controller how can i obtain. unit is about 5+ yrs old

We can often repair them, you can order the controller on Tunze.com. Try with the pump disconnected, if it then stays on and shows a normal status light, the pump is just bad and needs to be replaced.

Roger, I disconnected the pump and the status light stays on. Thank goodness it's just the metering pump. Thank you
