Water movement in SPS tank

What setting do you have your MPs / WPs / Tunzes ?

I had my MP in yellow mode (crest?) and sps didn't like it much.

I have my WP in Else mode, and SPS was ok, but not a lot of polyp extension.

I am trying wave mode to see if it does any better.

Two mp40 in reef crest anti sync on a 48x24x18. Polyp extension on 98% of my sps.

Mine is 4 feet long and I had two Mp40 on crest mode. Each on opposite side of the tank.

But I switched it out to WP40 since i wanted to play with a new toy lol.

I just set it to W1 mode for fun and see how it will take it.

Nice tank. Those will really fill in nicely. Probably won't be long till you can't see the live rock!

Thanks! Nope. those colonies u see are bought from mini colonies.. those frags are bought small frags which grew to cover the whole frag plug. some show very little growth though.

I have 2 wp 25 facing each other at opposite ends in reef mode s2. Sps seem happy.

I have an mp60 running reef crest mode and long pulse switching every other day on one end and alternate my mp40 on the other side on a 48 long 30 wide tank and I have great polyp extensions. .
Heres an example of my polyp extension on a spathulata

I use 6 of the wp 40s on slow pulse and also 4 mp 40s and and ocean motion 4 way and feel like I need more . I notice that spots with no flow or very little the pieces bleach .. I have alot of rock so it's hard to keep them all happy
