Water movement, plumbing plans for a 300 with 2 corner overflows, and mixing species

I'm just about to order a 300 gallon starphire tank (96L x 30w x 24h) that will go in a wall and which will be visible from all four sides. On the side flush with the wall I plan on having maybe only 84" visible in order to cover up the corner overflows, which will by 6" x 6". I'm worried that with only two of those corner overflows I wont have enough laminar flow (24" total), so I'm going to use those for my sump and then also have a closed loop on the bottom, powered by an Oceans Motion and a sequence pump of one sort or another. Enough background.

1) Can anyone suggest where I should have the holes drilled, what size they should be, etc. for the closed loops and the return? I'd like to get the best water movement possible and I'm not sure how to do that. For example, should I shoot for water current to go along the bottom from left to right and then at the top of the water from right to left?

2) Is it possible to have the flow such that maybe 2/3rds of the tank is sps and one side will have low enough flow for LPS and softies and maybe a bubble tip anemone?

3) Is a tank that big capable of having SPS, LPS, and softies all at once or is that going to cause me problems? If I have to choose, I want to go with sps.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

If i have to narrow it to one of the questions, how about #3: Is it possible to mix some zoos and LPS with a mainly SPS tank or is that going to get me in trouble?

Obviously you can't keep them in close proximity.
I think it's possible, and many people do, but if it's dominated by Zoanthids and other soft corals, there could be a toxicity problem for the stony corals.
