water movement?

I am currently setting up a 10 AIO. The stock filter pump is rated @ 80gph. I also added a little rio 800 I had laying around. It is rated @ 211gph. Am I moving enough water for some Zoa's and mushrooms?

I second that. Plenty of water movement for nearly anything, your at about 30 times tank turnover if that is actual gph and not rated gph. Ahhhh....just went back and read that it is rated, still plenty for most everything, you are probably at least getting 20 times per hour turnover.
