I want to paint my stand white and make it waterproof, what do you suggest I use? White marine paint? White Concrete waterproof sealent? White latex paint and then polycrylic or polyurethane? White epoxy paint?

Many people use kilz but there are like 10 different kilz so I don't know which one. Oil based ? Water based latex?

My head may explode[emoji53]

Thanks!

I used kilz water based primer, then white epoxy paint designed for appliances. It has a nice hard coating, is long lasting, sticks to anything, and water wipes right up off of it. You definitely want to go white either way, it helps to illuminate the sump area.

I used Rustoleum marine white gloss topside paint from Home Depot. I caulked all the seams first, then did a couple coats of paint. I like the results and would use it again.

i used EasyPoxy Topside Paint for boats!!! it is like a rubber coating. i have used other paints and nothing compares imo....
