wave box and corner overflows ?

hi all, I want to buy a 125 gal tank
I also want a wave box
The aga is available with 2 center megaflows, or 2 corner megaflows, would one be better than the other when using the wave box ? or does it not really matter ?

Yes, but the water level changes less in the center, the wave will be bigger and their will be less noise.
