Wave box and nanostream 6055

Hello,
I just purchased a Nanostream 6055 and i already own a wave box is it possible to connect the power head to the slave output on the wave maker or will this damage the nanostream.

It will not do any harm to the stream but it will require cleaning and you will not get the directional flow from the stream due to fast pulsing... I would purchase either the multi controller or single controller for the stream...
