Wave Box and Over Flow same side disadvantages?

I'm currently setting up a tank that will be viewed from 3 sides and would like to conceal a wave box in-between two corner overflows on one of the ends of the tank. Are there any disadvantages of doing this? My tank size will be 4'x16"x24"

So long as it can be aimed down the four ft length their shouldn't be a problem.
