wave box pump quit

....the pump was acting "sluggish", but was running, so I disassembled it, cleaned it up...it needed it, but not to bad. Put it back together and now she wont run. Everything is free and clear etc. Only about 6 mos old. Is there some sort of "reset" not clearly set out in the manual etc. Advice please. Thanks.

6065 controller.

Does the power supply and controller light up?

Are you sure that propeller/magnet spins freely on the metal shaft? Most often this is ignored, the propeller spins on the metal shaft and the shat must be free of calcium for the prop and magnet to spin.

In there any chance that in cleaning it you inverted it so the disk is on top of the drive unit instead of on the bottom.

I went back and rechecked everything....shaft is clean and prop spins freely. I have multiple units so I check the pump against other power sources that had pumps functioning properly. Shows no sign of life. No hum...or signs of heat etc.

Hats off to roger and tunze. The pump has been repaired and returned in less than a week. Now if we could only get the government to treat us like that!!

An apparent factory issue. Ive delt with Roger on two occaisions, 1. for advice on the equipment for the job at hand, 2. this problem I had with the pump. He has been as good as it gets. He has responded almost immediately, was courteous (actually quite friendly) and most professional. From a customer service stand point...I wish my Jaquar dealer treated me with half that much respect and I spent $80k with those !@%^&$.

.....and one more thing....if the service had not been 1st. rate...you would have heard about that as well.
