Hi,
I have an Aqua one 195 tank setup, 78cm (H) x 70cm (L) x 52cm (W). Approx 50 Gallons + sump. Have a couple of soft corals at this stage. Looking at getting a wave maker. Any suggestions? Also in the next couple of weeks will look at getting a tang. Thoughts on which one?

Thanks
Neil

If you are on a budget the new jebao rw series are nice I have 2 rw 15's in my 72" 180 gallon tank and I can only run them at 40% without causing a tidal wave

I have tried many different wave systems and IMHO the only way to get a true wave throughout the entire tank (even behind you rock structures) is a system that use water displacement method. The only system that I know of is the Tunze Wavebox, yes its somewhat big, I have mine located near the back of the tank on the side. I use to scuba dive and have personally seen how corals sway with the gentle back and forth rocking action of the waves and the wavebox duplicates this motion exactly everywhere in the tank.
