Wavebox 6215 and older 6100.10

Can I use the 6091 wave controllers' slave to control the 6100.10... I'm hoping to augment the flow...?

Thanks

It will produce a modestly bigger wave, but for improved overall flow the 6100 would be better used on a 7091, 7095 or 7096 to create a directional flow, it is ideal to have a combination of wave flow and directional flow.

The wavebox creates a wave with no direction, just like a wave flow at a large lake or the sea, you kick up some sand, it washes back and forth and settles roughly where it was kicked up. In the ocean there are also direction currents, they clearly move in one direction, usually these are driven by thermalclines and tides. The 6100 would be used to simulate this form of current, working in tandem the wavebox will lift and suspend debris, the pump will then sweep it away.

Thanks...

Ant recomendations on positioning relative to the wavebox/wave... ie parallel or perpendicular to the wave? I assume using the 7091 will contribute to the randomness of flow as well?

Many thanks for your advice and expertise

It won't make a huge difference but for the biggest possible wave, parallel in the same direction as the wavebox is ideal. The only position that will be a big negative is having the pump pointed right at the wavebox output.
