Wavebox alarm?

Why did my wavebox alarm start beeping, what does it mean?

It means the pump is dirty, jammed, or broken and needs to be removed for service.

It is brand new and been running only 3 weeks. I took it apart and the impeller look clean and fine no CA deposits. The blue sponge had a lot of detritus in it so I cleaned it. Sorry I read the sticky after I posted...

I have not put it back on the tank yet.

That could be the cause, the sponge should not be covering the screen, it is only a vibration dampner and it should be on the back of the pump. Make sure the bush bearing is pressed in all the way.
