Wavebox and Aquacontroller?

Not sure if this is a question for Neptune or Tunze, but can the wavebox be controlled by the Aquacontroller 3? Or can you only use either the single controller it comes with and/or the multi controller?

I am not sure, you would need to ask Neptune, the only controllers we make for it are the included 6091 Wavecontroller and the 7096 Multicontroller.

Roger, why does this excerpt from a Tunze retailer have this: (note sentence regarding wavebox being compatible with 7095)

TUNZE® Multicontroller 7095 is a digital control unit for all Turbelle® pumps fitted with driver 7240.26 and 7240.27 operating on safety extra-low voltage. It simulates the various marine current conditions in the aquarium, and thus is suitable for use with Turbelle® 5001, 6101, 6201, 6301.

By means of the pump adapter 7094.40, Turbelle® classic 2002, 4002 can also be controlled. Multicontroller 7095 can control up to eight Turbelle®, and contains an LED moonlight with a 29-day moon phase. A wavebox 6212 and the pumps mentioned above can also be controlled by the Multicontroller. The clearly arranged operating panel with a waterproof membrane keypad and adjusting knobs ensures a precise and practice-oriented operation. The output of the controlled pumps is shown by an LED display indicating from 30 to 100 per cent.

To run a wavebox on a 7095 you need to also use the 6091, You set the jumper on the 6091 to Extern and connect the slave plug to the 7095, the only feature added by this is, using interval mode you can alternate between a wavebox and stream pumps. The 7095 cannot directly control a wavebox.
