Hi I have a wavebox that has been working well for quite a while but know it is beeping each time it goes on the green button and it doesn't do the normal pulsing it doesn't do anything.
what is wrong? what can I do to fix it?

thanks

That often happens to me also and the problem is usually that I have missed something where the base of the impeller assy fits into that socket/cup arangement at the bottom of the hole.

As Steve said, pay special attention to the bearing at the bottom, it is often stuck to the magnet, the other cause of an intermittent beep is calcium plugging the hole in the center of the magnet.

this is not the problem but I just noticed that the little white bar that hold all the parts of the imperller is missing and I don't remember ever seeing it at all.I don't know how the pump worked until then.
should I buy it?

So the propeller is missing? I would contact Phil Gilbert at Xenia Service in Montreal about getting a new one.

it is the drive shaft that is missing.
how can I contact phil gilbert, will he give me a drive shaft even if the wavebox is 6 months old ( I don't even know how it worked so long) and how much does a drive shaft cause?

tks
kevin

If the drive shaft is missing, the propeller must be missing, a 6 month old wavebox would have a black shaft instead of a white one. I do not have any involvement in the Canadian market so you would need to contact him, his contact info is under dealer addresses "distributor" on the tunze.com website.

so it isn't the drive shaft then I don't know how it is called but it is the black thing with the 2 plastic bearings that is missing but I have the propeller.

Do you have a picture? I would take it to your local dealer to see if they have the parts.
