Wavebox controller shutdown issue

I've got a 6212 wavebox running on the standard 6091 controller. A couple of days ago I noticed that there wasn't a wave in the tank and that the LEDs on the controller were off as if it wasn't receiving power. However, the LED on the power supply was on and all cable connections were tight. If I unplug it for a little while and plug it back in, it begins working fine again, but it only runs for 15 - 30 minutes before the controller appears as if it isn't getting any power. Then, again, if I unplug it for a little while and plug it back in it runs again for a little while before shutting off again. Anyone else experience this kind of issue?

Unfortunately, I'm a few months out from my warranty, so hopefully there is an inexpensive and easy fix.

Please send me the pump, controller and power supply. My guess would be the power supply or pump are failing and not the controller. These two have to work for the controller to get power. Worst case scenario you are looking at about $160 to replace the pump, but that is unlikely.

Sure thing, Roger. I'll get it out early next week. Do you need the box surrounding the pump, or just the pump itself? I had some minor surgery a few hours after I posted the message, so it will be a couple of days before I'll be up and around to be able to get up on a ladder to get it out (have a high tank with a tall canopy). Thanks for the quick response!

It is best not to send the box, they are prone to shipping damage and just add bulk to the shipment. I just need the pump, power supply and controller.
