Wavebox in a 30" cube?

Hi all, I am having a 40"x30"x30" tank with 10x30"x30" on the left hand side for a refugium leaving a 30"x30"x30" main tank size. I would like to fit a Tunze wavebox but am worried the length of the tank will be an issue.

I could mount the wave box in the refugium with just the stream output poking out of a hole in the side the same size in the back left of the tank facing directly to the back of the right side of the tank opposite.

I may also add a stream 6000 on a controller which I have in my tank at the moment.

Would the wave box create to much of a side to side movement in a tank this size? What sort of height on the water would I exspect to get in a tank of this size ?

Anyone else use one in a tank this size ?

Thanks for you help in advance.

The tank is too short, the wavebox will barely work if it even works at all. What kind of corals do you plan to keep?

Hiya, Perhaps I will go with two stream 6000's on a multicontroller.

I have presently

Hystrix
Montipora Digitata.
Possillopora spp
Acropora spp
Montipora (plating) spp
Hydnopora spp
Acropora formosa.
M doreensis LTA anemone
Various softies, sinularia, mushrooms, zoo's etc

I think that is the best plan keep in mind softies won't do particularly well in the higher flow so if they will be present in any numbers you might want to go with 2 7400/2 instead.
