Wavebox keeps alarming

My wavebox runs about a day and then alarms out, I have disassembled and cleaned it numerous times. I have also inspected the magnet and prop and everything looks good, any ideas? Do I need to send it in for repair?

If you are sure the upper bearing isn't stuck to the magnet then send it in, that is the usual mechanical cause, any other cause would likely be electrical. Also, be sure the sponge is not covering the pump inlet, it goes on the back of the pump, if it is over the inlet you can also get an alarm.
