Wavebox nano noise/vibration

I hear a vibration or noise every time the pump pulses, I tried soaking it in vinegar to clean it. How do I get the bottom apart to clean it? How can I quiet it down?

Is it a click or a hum? Is this a new nano wavebox (made in the last 6 months) or an older one?

It is older, more of a hum or a constant vibration.

I would try the new disk 6055.740 first. To install this you need to remove the old one, the best way to do this is a pick tool like our 0220.707. You can pick up such a tool at any Lowe's or Sears as well.
