wavebox not working?

Well, this morning, noticed that both wave box and slave are not working, unplugged the photo cell and got nothing, unplugged the controller from the metal boxes and the pumps do run continuously.

Is the controller done (I do have a spare) and if so, are they under warranty (I'm not the first owner, and have no idea how old it is)

Also, I'm in Canada, so where would I send it if it is covered under warranty.

You would need to contact Xenia North America regarding the warranty on a second hand item in Canada. Their contact info can be found on Tunze.com. It sounds like the controller but the usual culprit in this case is it got wet. I have honestly never seen one stop short of getting wet, it wouldn't be a warranty issue if it is water damage.
