Wavebox on 6 hour cycle?

I have 2 6000 streams, a 7095 controller and a wavebox. I want both streams to run on interval 2, and the wavebox to run 6 hours on, 6 hours off. I am planning on using my Aquatronica to control the wavebox interval. Am I doing any harm to the wavebox by doing this?

want them both running at the same time - on interval 2 the off pump runs at its minimum. Is that what you were asking?

yes, I was thinking of that the opposing pump might hinder how much wave i get since the flow was against the wave. Have u gotten yours dialed in?
What size is your tank...length?

It does but marginally, maybe cuts .25" off the wave.

The tank is 60" long, the water level is 1.25" below the bracing and the wave hits the bracing with or without both streams on.

Just looked at it again, if the stream opposite the wavebox is running at 100% it keeps the wave from hitting the bracing on that side. It still does what I want it to do.
