Planning my next reef aquaria endeavor--a modest 60-90 gallon tank with a 36" length (either 36x18x24=65 gallon, or 36x24x24=90 gallon). Primary inhabitants with be SPS...
Will a Wavebox, all by itself, with an unobstructed longitudinal "spacer" along the back of the tank, behind all rock, provide good movement through out this size tank, eliminating the need for any other pumps inside the tank for circulation?
And if so, what sort of water level fluctuation should I allow for due to the waves...?
The other option I have considered is two 6055's on a 7095, but I really prefer the movement I have seen with the Waveboxes.
