Wavebox Placement Question

Would the placement of the wavebox and ext in the attached drawing on a 96"x36"x30" tank work. I know a center external overflow works better, but how much would this layout hurt the wave. I'd like to keep the tank three sided viewable.....

I am really not sure, I have not tried it and none of the info I have says whether or not that will work. I would suapect it should work but you will want to keep obstructions along the back to a minimum.

I think it will work

I put my wave box in a lot of places in my tank,,,,he worked in all places at the same way
