Wavebox problem for Roger

Hi Roger. Have had my wavebox running now for about 4 months and everything was fine. No alarms are going off but the pump stops working after just a few minutes, gradually getting weaker til it stops. Lights on controller show it is working but pump stops working. Can you please advise me on what to do? Have cleaned with vinegar and it still doesn't help.Thank you.

Do you have one of the new pumps without a driver box and the little black junction box or does it have a driver? Only pumps with a driver have an alarm.
