Wavebox problem

Roger,

I have a dual wavebox setup on a 500g tank. They have been in place about 6mos. One of the streams, while spinning in the correct sequence, is spinning very slowly and not putting out any flow. I have checked the stream and the propeller, while spinning, is just spinning very slowly. The other box is functioning properly. Any ideas?

Check and see if you can spin the prop while holding the magnet- if it spins 360 it is a mechanical problem and I can send the part. If this isn't it, it is an electrical problem and needs to come back.

OK.....when you say "holding the magnet" do you mean I need to take the stream apart? You are talking about the magnet in the stream itself...right?
