Wavebox problem

I have had a wavebox running in my 210 for about 6 months. Love it. But one morning I woke up and I am not getting the wave action anymore. It appears to be in the controller. The setpoint is towards the bottom 1/2 of the setting and this has not moved. Thinking it was miss adjusted I tried to dial it back in however it seems like there is only adjustment in the upper range of the timing pot. In the lower half it pulses at the same rate.

any ideas? I checked all the connections, cycled the power and tried all the adjustments. I did have it marked when it did work and that setting does not work anymore.

First, I have found that if you are a little off initially, over time it goes out of sync. Second, as corals grow in and rock is shifted it needs to be retuned. If you are sure it is a timing problem send it in. Understand service may be slower then my normal 24hrs because I will be at MACNA and out for the end of the week and have probably a mountain of work when I return.

Any chance you know what the min and max freq are coming out of the controller? I can put a scope on it and check before I send it in.

I wish it was a growth issue. however the tank is new enough that growth really has not taken off until the last few months.
