wavebox problems

I have just bought a wavebox just put it in the tank & its not working, the pump just goes all the time without pulsingalthough it flashes on the controller, do i need a new controller or is it the pump, any help appreciated,

It sounds like a wire is disconnected in the controller or the controller plug is not completely plugged in. You might open it and check and you could switch the jumper to synchron and use the slave plug as a further test.

Just tried switching it made no differenceits still not pulsing, Do you think a new controller will sort this,

Do you have an older 6260 wavebox pump with the aluminum driver box or a newer 6261 wavebox pump which has just the little black connector box.

Its the new model with the black box.

I suspect something is wrong with the junction in the black box. If you tried both the slave and master cables and the controller was in synchron mode I would be 75% sure the pump is the issue and not the controller. Do you know anyone with a working wavebox whose controller you could borrow to be sure?

I have tried a new controller it didnt make any difference, I Guess its the little black box that comes from the pump, does this mean a new pump ?

Yes, a new motor block, 6261.015.
