wavebox problems

I just got a wavebox about a month or so actually my purchase date on receipt is 10-26-2008 its been running great but all of a sudden it just stopped working. the timer looks good when I unplug the transformer and replug it in it works for about 20 seconds then dies again. I pulled the pump and everything looks great anyone have any ideas? I need this badly my tank is mainly sps and this is my main flow

Jfl, you should send your pump in to Tunze USA so they can take a look at the pump. I have seen this happen before....

thats what the place i bought it from said it just tstinks that I spend this kind of money and not even 1.5 months later I am out of my circulation and have to go buy new pumps to use for two weekw till I get mine back

Most of the time you will get your back with in a week. it depends how long it take for your pump to reach Tunze USA. I understand your frustration but we all know nothing is perfect esp with electronic stuff. At least we have great customer service behind this product...

I know roger is great I bought another tunze powerhead and that had a broken holder and he shipped right out I just thought the place I bought it from would have been a little more helpfull

They don't have the ability to replace broken or defective items. We ask that they customers contact directly. Please send us the motor block for inspection. If need be we will replace the motor block for you. Our address is
