wavebox pump problem

Help my wavebox is not working. When I have it adjusted to low power it works fine as soon as I turn up the power I get a clicking noise and it seems the impeller is stuck. I took it apart and cleaned it up but the problem remains. What's up? Thank you!

The pump is starting to fail. It has an electrical issue and will need to be replaced most likely. How old is the wavebox?

Darn.....A year and 1/2. Maybe a lettle less then that. I can give you the retailer if you need it. So do I send it in or what? I can't be without it. Once you have one I can't imagine a tank without it. Thanks for the quick reply.

It is under warranty, I won't be back in the office until May 24. I can take care of it then, please send it in and as soon as I return I will get a replacement sent if it cannot be repaired, I only need the pump and transformer, not the whole box.

OK will do. Thank you. Do I need to reference anything, number etc?

No number needed just be sure a note is in the box with return address and phone number.

Hi Rodger,

Did you get my pump? What do you think? Any ETA on repair/replacement? Thanks!

Hi Rodger,

I was suppose to contact you mid way through July to find out about the replacement shaft so my new wavebox pump stops clicking. Do you have the replacements yet?

Don

Yes, they actually came in last Friday. Can you PM me your full name and I will get one out to you?

Thanks again Rodger for all your help. Tunze is lucky to have you. Pretty clear the service you provide makes the extra costs of the products worth it. It works perfectly now.

Thanks! To be fair, it is largely Axel Tunze's persistence and a very dedicated machinist, Mr Fieber who fix most of these technical problems.
