Interested in buying one, just couple ques.
Will a single wavebox be capable of handling a 150g tank, or will i need other pumps?
tank is 72 x 18 x 28
Can a wavebox extension have a controller added on to it later on if I decide to buy it alone and then upgrade it with an controller later?
Any figures on the gph, or turnover rate of the wavebox.

The wavebox extension must have a controller 6091, it is meant as an add on to a wavebox which includes a controller. Running the unit without a 6091 will destroy it. In general you need linear flow sources in addition to the wavebox.

what kind of GPH or turnover will the wavebox give me?
What size wave is attainable in a 150g demsions 72L x 18w x 28H

Wave size varies with a lot of factors including rock layout and overflow box position but I would guestimate between 1 and 1.5"

The turnover is calculated by a complicated formula and varies with every tank. You first must calculate the volume of the wave by taking the length * width and height of the wave and then divided by 2, this should be done in cm and this will give ccs which can easily be coverted to liters. You then multiply this by the frequency in seconds and then by 360 to get to lph.
