WaveBox Starts and then stops

My wavebox extension is not working right after 3months of perfect operation. it starts and after a few seconds it stops pulsing. I cut out the power to it, plug it back in and it starts up again and after a few seconds...it stops.

I did notice that the jumper in the power supply is red, is it me or is this supposed to be green? Can't find anything about it in the manual.

If I remove the multipin controller plug it runs at 100%...

Any ideas?

Wish i could help but if you use the profilux controller i am not sure how that work. I should check with profilux for more info.

It could be the motor as well, can you first try running it with the wavebox controller to be sure it is not a controller issue?

BTW, jumper light should be red on a 6261.
