wavebox stopped working overnite

I just set up my new 120 gal tank yesterday-had purchased a wavebox on e-bay still new in box.Got it in the tank last nite and it seemed to be working ok-it was doing the pulse thing with the two lights going on and off-I didn't have the wave going yet but figured I'd work on it in the morning.This morning the pump is just going full blast with no pulse-even the feeding timer doesn't seem to be working!!All the connections are intact-help!!

Try the slave cable, it may be that the cable has a bad connection to the board. If so the slave cable will work and it can be repaired rather simply.

My husband says the pins have different configurations-does that sound right?So the two cables don't look like they're interchangable?

That is very strange. I have never run into this problem before...

They should have the same configuration.

You're right(my husband is wrong-not the first time but he's so cute I have to overlook it)the slave fits but does'nt make any difference-the pump is full steam ahead with no pulse-what could it be?? thanks, cherie

It could be the pump, it could be the controller. Are you sure that the plug of the controller is fully inserted into the socket? If you are sure it was plugged in all the way send me a PM with your name, address and email and we will get to work and getting this resolved.

I've unplugged and replugged all the connections to make sure-that does't seem to be it.
