I came home the other day to find my wavebox non-functioning. I figured the head had gotten to much buildup so I pulled it out to clean it and there was very little calcium. When i went to plug it back in I noticed the transformer and melted itself the shelf and side had burst open and oozed something out. By the time I found it this way everything was well cooled so I'm not positive when it happened. This is one of the original waveboxen that I got from a preorder so I am not sure whats covered or if there's anything you can do. Please advise.
