wavebox

I'm installing a wavebox on a 220 g. The issue is that I've leveled the tank about three times and it settles on one side everytime. I'm at the point that I think the glass is heavier on one side than the other. But the question I have doesn't concern that it is how much pressure will the box put on the oposite side of the aquarium? Do I have to level it again? I know it is optimum to have it level but each time I level it with new foam, it resettles to the original position so I don't think it is possible. Will 1/8" effect the operation that much. I've been told no but I'd feel better to know how much pressure the box generates.

On a 220gallon you will likely be shifting about 15 gallons in each wave cycle so about 100lbs. My main concern would be if it is torqued, low in one corner and high on the diagonal corner. If it is straight across off by 1/8" that may not be such a big deal. You could try using wood shims under the stand to compensate.

Thank you Roger, It's 1/8" off level lengthwise only. I've installed the box and it seems to be helping to settle the tank, something that didn't happen in the last year.
