Wavemaker and Flow questions

I have a 46g bowfront with a 15g sump. Its a reef setup. I have a external overflow and the return pump does 400g per hour. I have a rio 90 (85gph) inside the tank to help with flow. My question is......Is this enough flow? Would a wavemaker be a good idea is this small a setup? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
