Wavemaker timing

How much time do you program your power heads with a wavemaker?, In steps of 30 second is to fast?

I was thinking 30 seconds each power head. What do you thing?.
Or maybe the 2 back ones for long time and the one in the front 30 seconds.

Or maybe the 2 backs on all the time exept at night?

Mine are at around 45 sec to a min but I am still pretty new.
