Wavysea on a acrylic tank with 5" eurobrace.

How would I attach a wavysea to a 5" eurobrace? Also is that Tunze adaptor for the large streams or nanostreams?

Thanks!

Hi Mike,

How thick is your eurobrace? The bracket the Wavysea comes with can either be ran down on a tank with no brace at all, or horizontal so that it clips right on the eurobrace of a tank. This will however have the wavysea itself on the edge of the eurobrace, so it would be sticking out 5" into the tank. The only way around this is to take a holesaw bit and cut a hole into the eurobrace, and stick the wavysea outlet right down through that hole. You then would not use any brackets at all that is included, but rather some velcro on the eurobrace and velcro on the wavysea to hold it in place.

The adaptor that it comes with is for the large streams only.

Thanks,
Jeremy

It's good to see you on here Jeremy. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

I have some holes in my eurobracing for 1" bulkheads, so I'll use them.
Thanks!

It comes with a Tunze adaptor? I thought you had to buy one seperate?

Also, do I need the plus model for the streams?
