we can only dream of the bugatti veyron!!!

seriously,

i am thinking of getting a yugo for the heck of it. i go to a lot of sponsored high end events and i think it would be fun to drive it up in that thing and get the guys to valet it.

in my college days...my buddy and i bought a gold 77 honda civic, kicked the doors, hood and roof in then HAND painted the car with blue house paint...streaks intentionally put in. we then would drive up to cute girls and say 'hey baby, do you need a lift?" most of them just burst out laughing while the cooler smarter ones thought we had a neat machine...knowing our sense of humor.

That car is super ugly....In the price range Id rather have a Mercedes CLK GTR

Heck Id rather have a lingenfelter Vette and pocket the rest of the money

It's just a low mileage original car that came with the Hemi. I can see maybe 25% of that asking price. It could just be a case of listing it with the hope some rich overseas buyer sees it. Those cars are pretty popular in NZ, Australia and Scandinavia.
But not at that everyday price.

The market for original unmolested cars brings a lot more than your run of the mill restored car.

Last year at RM Auctions a 71 Hemi Cuda Convertible sold for 2,500,000.00. They say it would have gone for $4 million if it had it's original factory engine.

Now if you want someting for say around 60G's that can out run a enzo or Saleen S7, and you can build it at home using a C5 ZO6 corvette for parts, try looking at the new Factory Five Racing GTM. Sleek supercar body, uses C5 suspension parts, ZO6 LS7 motor and Porsche transaxle. It can be built by you for 60G's and will out run and handle supercars costing 10 times as much.

got to love the HP that comes from a ZO6, my bike build buddy just sold his. Worse car I've ever drivin in. Its like riding in a go-cart.

Blown, any word on the new Camero? Looks a little too much like the Mustang to me.
