Weak Closed Loop... Help!

How is your intake setup- holes? slots? It may be restricting your flow. Try taking off the cap on the intake to see if this is the case. If so, put cap back on and drill more holes/slots.

The end cap is glued on, so I can't take it off. But I drilled about 100 3/8" holes all around about 6 inches of the PVC. I didn't want to make the holes too big to keep the citters out.

Your intake is probably restricted. I would increase to a larger diameter feed.
The SCWD is also a significant flow restrictor because flow drives the switching mechanism, I'd switch it out for an OM Squirt.

Your intake should be 1" the entire length. The SCWD is going to cut your flow in half. QuietOne pumps seem to be flow rated and not pressure rated. I think you would do better with a pressure rated pump with the SQWD.
