I increased the resolution to 1280x1024, less smoth but more quality...
maybe it's better the other reesolution 640x480...

I might get a domain registred to circumvent the ip dinamic problem..

I put my worst pc to the job only 60Watts, and it does the job easily....

I decreased the bandwidth and increased the res of the video...hope this is better now...
