Weird extended tentacles

When checking the tank this morning, I noticed some of the polyps in this zoanthid colony have one or two extended tentacles. I've had this colony for over three years, and have never seen this before.

Any ideas on this?

that is pretty crazy, I got a good amount of zoas and never seen anything like that. I don't think I have ever seen that on the net either.
