Weird PufferFish Behaviour

I've never kept a Porcupine Pufferfish before so I'm not sure if this is normal behaviour or not, but he is constantly just jamming himself between rocks and just chilling there, not moving, barely looks like he's breathing. He also likes to hang out under this little bridge I built, almost like he doesnt like the light. Are PufferFish sensitive to light? He'll come out to eat, but as soon as he's done eating, he just finds a little gap to squeeze himself in-between and doesnt really move for the rest of the day.

Tank has been running for about 5 weeks, fighting some GHA as you can see, but its slowly going away.

How long has it been in the tank?
What other fish are in there?

Our porc's have been timid/hiding from time to time in the past, but it always seemed to be around the front of the glass after the 1st couple weeks. It seems it'd sit on the bottom and play dead from time to time (like you're describing). But, always came racing to the feed zone at feeding time....to eat out of our hand.

What are you feeding? In the early years, we only fed our 1st puffer Krill, and it developed lock-jaw, stopped eating and died. So be diverse with your food, silversides/mysis/rod's blend/etc.

I had a 300G that was up and running for about 5mon. Decided it was just too big for my apartment so I broke it down and picked up a 110G. I used 100+lbs of rock from the 300 along with all cycled water from the 300 in the new 110. I did use new Live Sand tho, roughly 200lbs, which gave me a 4.5" DSB. Let the tank sit for 2 weeks just in case there were any spikes in Ammonia, nothing ever spiked.

A Possum Wrasse (which I'm going to be trading soon), Picasso Trigger, Porcupine Puffer, and Long Spine Urchin were moved over to the tank and have been in there for roughly 3 weeks.

The puffer seemed fine when I first moved him over, but since last week he's been hanging out in any dark spots he can find, he also is only eating every 2nd or 3rd day, which isn't like him at all. He's a straight pig when he eats usually!

I feed primarily clams on the half shell, occasionally krill but only when I'm out of everything else. Puffer won't touch silversides, never has. I recently picked up some Manilla Live Clams at a local asian market, maybe thats the problem? Clams on the halfshell at $15/lb was getting kind of ridiculous with the amount the Puffer/Trigger eat, so the Manilla Live clams at $4.45/lb seemed like a smart choice.

I didn't read Everypost but that's normal op. Mine does it.
All the time. Have had him for 3 years from 2 inch to his now 8inch

Mine does this also, he has a shelf on the back of one rock that faces the fridge, that he lays on, keeps his eye on me and come out ANYTIME I open the freezer. He is a character. Yours will get used to the routine and swim around more.

It'd almost be nice if mine did do that sometimes. He's always dancing around the front of the glass or swimming directly in the current. Honestly, he's exhausting to watch, lol. Dude needs to chill out.
