Weird White Fin Problem

Hello! I'm fairly new to the reefkeeping hobby. I have been reading this site for months to help me with maintaining my new 75g aquarium. The site has helped me through it all! It's great

But here's my problem...

I have had a flame anglefish for about 2 weeks. And yesterday I noticed his left pectoral fin isn't moving much and it's kind of swollen and white. His right one is perfect though and he is swimming mostly with that one. I'm wondering what it is cause I can't find out. Also. I've seen him many times go up to the emerald crab and swim sideways to him but still as if he's trying to get the crab to scratch him.

Also, a week ago I observed him chasing the Clarki Clownfih which I found weird, but that only lasted a few days.

What can I do to fix this? =(

Fish chasing is normal, just establishing a pecking order. Flames are not wussy fish. My gut says blame the crab; but I just don't like any crabs in my tanks. E. crabs are nocturnal and (IME & IMO) won't pass a chance no take a nip at anything they can.

The pec fin problem could be anything; but it sounds like the sort of problem that will solve itself; assuming it isn't oozing anything and the sore area is obviously in the fish (not attached to him). I had an isopod take hold on an a angel right where the fin met the body, really tough to see. A pic would help and I'd post again if it doesn't go away (I think it will) or doesn't improve.

Ok I took a closer look and top too part if his fun has been frayed off and it is white near there and around where the fun meets the body of the fish. He does seen to be using it a bit more tho (harldy at all). All this would leed me to believe its an injury and its fine.

But the sideways swimming thing he does to the crabs... He's been doing to the firefish. He swims up to him and stars hovering sideways and kinda sticks out his bad fin to him asking him to clean it almost as if the firefish is a cleaner wrasse (similar shape). The firefish just Backs away usually. And I've seen him after backing away go and flash on the sand once... (Sigh) So this leads me to believe its something else. He only did it twice but both were right after the flame angel confronted him. So is it possible he just kinda didn't want to have angel fish cooties or something (can't think of a better word)

I've actually seen the firefish flash before. About a month ago him and the clown were flashing and swimming in front of the Powerhead so I was sure they had ich and was about to treat them but then the next morning they stopped and never did it again.

I have a pic of the firefish and the flame doing this. Il upload better pics soon I'm going to the Lfs now to ask

Ok I'm sorry for posting a third time I'm just kinda very worried. Because its now just baraley visible on his other fin. He can't move his left already, And if he can't move both soon he won't be able to swim very well at all or he will swim but it will be stressful for him

The guy at the LFS said it sounds like a fungal infection. So I did my reaserch. It very well could be Saprolegnia fungus. But also in my search the possability of it being lympho came also.

So what do you guys suggest I do for either of them? I know lymph has no cure. But still, suggested actions or precautions? I don't want to grab him just yet but if it gets to the point he is havering a hard time swimming I will treat him.
