weird white spots on clown not ich

my momma clown has show white blotches on her about 2-3 weeks ago and so I thought it was a fungus so I treated her with methyl blue for 2 weeks and I'm slowing doing water changes and still notice the blotches. Any ideas what it could be?

the other clown shows no symptoms and I figured if it was serious momma would be dead. She eats and acts normal, they are both in QT

how should I treat it?

Flagullates? Have you tried a fresh water dip w/ the methyl blue? Any other symptoms like rapid breathing, rotting fins?

not really any other problems.... could it be ammonia burn?

she eats like a pig and acts fine normally
